NOTE- HYGRID EMULATOR BETA 2 is better than BLOODLINE V3 SE :D

About New Console System
Console System is a new system of RichTextBox what logs ALL in server with Time, Who send it, and what send (say, send, console message) and of course, packet or message, and chat.
 Why use instead of txtLog and Chatlog?
It is faster, you will cannot save it and it got scroll with mouse wheel:p
 And packet and chat logs= 2, console system= 1.

STEP 2 - GOOGLE how to register richtx32.ocx in (your opperating system - for example windows xp..windows vista..windows 7)

THIS IS WHAT I DID to register in windows XP
  1. Download RICHTX32.OCX (right click the text on the left and save to your Desktop).
  2. Back up your current copy of RICHTX32.OCX and copy the new version to the same file location. This file should be located in the WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 directory on your C: drive (for Windows NT and 2000: \WINNT\system32).
  3. Using your mouse, click on the "Start" button and then click on "Run".
  4. According to your Operating System, type the following command to register this library file:

    Windows 95, 98, or Me:
    regsvr32 \windows\system\RICHTX32.OCX

    Windows NT or 2000:
    regsvr32 \WINNT\system32\RICHTX32.OCX

    Windows XP:
    regsvr32 \windows\system32\RICHTX32.OCX
  5. You should see a message saying "DllRegisterServer ... succeeded"

And thats how to fix that bug after that everything should be working 100%!! I hope my instructions is clear enough :|

IF THEY DONT WORK its probably your dcrs

u need the working TELEPORTER CCT in your dcrs
and u need to EDIT your EXTERNAL VARS to the sounds folder so the trax work

POST ANY PROBLEMS / BUGS U MIGHT FIND WITH THIS SERVER

I RECOMMED USING BETA 2 BECAUSE ITS MORE STABLE :D

I CANT FIND ANY WORKINH v18 DCRS :| ALL I TRYED the loader got stuked on the shockwave :| CAN ANY ONE LINK ME 2 good working v18 dcrs too download? ?

Thats all of the systems i tryed it on idk about the rest!!

NOTE - to run the server in windows 7... right click it and click run as administrator! that should work it worked for me!! it should work for any server u try to run on windows 7 :D


internect connections is also a factor when it comes to the sever lagging !! remeber that!!
